Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the JOY Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd ('JOY') portal, digital applications, or engaging our managed recruitment, payroll, and workforce solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply in conjunction with any Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or Service Level Agreement (SLA) executed between JOY and your organisation.

Scope of Enterprise Services

JOY provides specialised corporate services including talent acquisition, temporary and permanent staffing, statutory payroll administration, workforce management systems, and HR technology implementation.

All services are executed in accordance with agreed service parameters, performance metrics, and regulatory mandates specified in the respective contractual SOW.

Client Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate, timely, and lawful input data — including verified attendance data, salary structures, leave updates, and candidate profiles — essential for seamless payroll and recruitment execution.

JOY is not liable for statutory penalties, calculation variances, or payment delays caused by inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete client submissions.

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Both parties agree to protect all proprietary methodologies, client payroll structures, candidate profiles, pricing schedules, and business data with the highest standard of care.

All software architectures, dashboards, calculation engines, and digital materials created by JOY remain the exclusive intellectual property of JOY Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, JOY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from service disruption or force majeure occurrences.

Aggregate direct liability for claims arising out of any specific engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client under the corresponding SOW during the three months preceding the incident.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
